The cottage is an architect's own stylish, comfortable, contemporary holiday home set in the middle of nowhere yet just 5 minutes off the M5 and only 4 miles from the county town of Taunton.
It lies between the Blackdown Hills and the Quantocks in the vale of Taunton Deane midway between Lyme Bay on the South coast and the Bristol channel resorts of Minehead and Weston-super-Mare, all just 45 minutes drive away.

The space
The cottage is used as often for couples wishing to escape to the country for peace and quiet as well as for families wanting an exciting time at the many attractions in the area and of course, the seaside which is only 45 minutes away.

Guest access
The cottage is set in 7 acres of garden, woods, meadow, ponds and field teaming with wildlife. There is even a small football pitch.

Other things to note
We have a friendly cat called Tessa and an even friendlier collie dog called Poppy who may come and visit you maybe to play football.
